After Sales Services

• Is the department responsible of after sales services to the client starting from the safe unpacking of the unit, proper installation, preventive maintenance and regular follow up visits to fix the defected unit which is done by the section of biomedical engineers and application specialists, solve the operation trouble shooting, helping the clients making their orders which is done by the section of application specialists beside their role in the promotion.

Operation Projects

Test Co has its own laboratories which are:

• Molecular Diagnostics Center in Aliaa Hospital which is fully equipped with molecular instruments (Thermal cycler, Real Time thermal cycler, Gel electrophoresis, Gel documentation system, automated extraction, spectrophotometer, cold centrifuge and PCR safety cabinet. The working staff is highly qualified, well trained and have more tan 10 years experience in life science. The lab is doing the infectious real time PCR testing and is going to introduce HLA typing and Oncohematology on molecular basis.
• Shawamikh hospital laboratory is operating by Test Medical Co.
